Lindóia is a city of the interior of the State of S.Paulo, located in the Mountain range of the Mantiqueira, famous by being the greatest mineral water extractor region in Brazil. In the passed century, the water of Lindóia was taken for the moon to supply the first American astronauts, for being considered a water of high quality.

Located in a region where innumerable water springs exist, the city of Lindóia possess the called Great Lake, located in urban area, 2 km downtown. What surprises in Lindóia is the fact they have this urban lake, clean, opened, without gates nor burocracias to enjoy it. Few cities have this privilege of being able to offer to its population and the visitors such a great natural wealth. In terms of quality of life, the population wins: it is possible to practice varied urban and nautical sports like walking and biking around the lake, swimming, fishing, water and jet ski. The Great Lake of Lindóia is, therefore, a stimulator to other cities to develop urban areas of leisure naturally balanced, which proves, once more, that the return offered by Nature, when well treated, is enormous.
